The program allos eligible clients to place monthly orders of select approved OTC items, up to a combined maximum benefit limit. We are dedicated to meeting your needs efficiently , conveniently and flexibly
How to order:
For Aging True clients who are part of this program, please click on the link below to access our OTC catalog and download the order form. The catalog includes a variety of Cleaning Products, Personal Hygiene items , and items for your daily needs. Please ensure the items ordered in each category align with the benefit amount stated on your catalog/form
Once your form is completed, it will be sent to our dedicated customer service department for processing. Please anticipate a delivery time of 5-10 business days.
